I'm sure there's lots of great local blogs, but I don't have time to read them all or to sort through them every day and find the good stuff. I am impressed by how Twitter beats the MSM in cases of breaking local news (like the shooting at ASU yesterday) but typically you see it the other way around — bloggers find something in the MSM and dissect it, or expand on it.

I do agree that Arizona would benefit from an awesome human-edited aggregator. The time has come.
